Syd Earley has a unique understanding of the hard work and financial complications faced by self-employed borrowers when applying for a mortgage loan. With twenty years of experience owning and operating small businesses in Tahoe City, Sonoma and Santa Cruz, Syd has developed a sincere and compassionate approach to helping entrepreneurs achieve their financial goals. Along with her husband Mike, Syd moved to Tahoe City in 1992, founded several successful businesses and started her family. Syd is the mother of two energetic boys, Lucas and Quinn and stays very active in her community. She volunteers her time in the classroom, sits on the board for A.Y.S.O. Soccer and is the Treasurer of the Tahoe Lake PTO. She is also on the citizen review committee for Measure A and assists with The Tahoe League Races at Squaw Valley during the winter months.
